Easter Week Schedule- due to the short week the schedule will be:
Monday: Pilates @noon, Express FIIT @3:30, Beginner Spin @4:15, Flow Yoga @5:15
Tuesday: Barre Bootcamp @noon, Tabata Yoga @3:30, Sunset Ride @5:30, Zumba @6:30
Wednesday: Express FIIT @7am, Zumba @noon, Back on Track @12:15
Thursday: Ride @Shine @6:45am, Yoga @noonSJC
Students are free. Faculty/staff drop in for $3 or purchase a $25 punch pass to attend 10 classes. Community drop in for $7 or purchase a $50 punch pass to attend 10 classes.

Lunch & Learn Series
A series of health and wellness presentations on a wide variety of topics. There is something for everyone so pack your lunch and join us. CIGNA members earn 10 points upon completion.

All Lunch and Learns will be worth 10 CIGNA points upon completion.

Positive Pounds kick off on Wednesday, January 18. Stop by the Alfond Center Student Lounge for your first weigh in anytime from 11am-2pm. This will be our 9th year with this fantastic 12 week weight loss/weight management program. Teams of 4 will compete for cold hard cash. To sign up a team or for more questions email Jenna at
