Lunch & Learn Series
A series of health and wellness presentations on a wide variety of topics. There is something for everyone so pack your lunch and join us. CIGNA members earn 10 points upon completion.

- February 13 - Cooking Demo - Easy Healthy Lunches, 12-12:45pm in the Student Lounge
- February 16 - Intro to Journaling, 12-12:30pm in the Hall of Fame room

All Lunch and Learns will be worth 10 CIGNA points upon completion.
Personal Development Book Club
A 4 week program reading Brene Brown's The Gift of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You are. Sessions will be 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, and 2/28 in the Student Lounge. First 10 people to sign up will receive a free book.
Positive Pounds kick off on Wednesday, January 18. Stop by the Alfond Center Student Lounge for your first weigh in anytime from 11am-2pm. This will be our 9th year with this fantastic 12 week weight loss/weight management program. Teams of 4 will compete for cold hard cash. To sign up a team or for more questions email Jenna at
