Fitness Classes
Current Group Fitness Classes are listed on the SJC Events Calendar along with other SJC activities. Fitness classes are offered in the Alfond Center (#16 on the map). ***Please complete a waiver form by clicking here. Everyone who participates in any SJC fitness classes (live, pool, zoom) should complete this form each year. ***
Please sign up at www.picktime.com/alfondcenter as more classes could be added. The schedule is released on Picktime every Friday for the following week. For more info, please email Jenna Chase at jchase@sjcme.edu.
Classes are subject to change at any time and will be updated on updated on picktime.
2026 Pricing:
- Students/Staff/Faculty = free
- Alumni = $3 drop in or $25 for a 10 class punch card
- Community = $7 drop in or $50 for a 10 class punch card
Punch Cards
- SilverSneakers punch card = $25 for 5 classes
- Group Fitness punch card = $50 for 10 classes
- Aqua Fitness punch card = $60 for 12 classes

Virtual Fitness Classes
Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare offers a variety of virtual fitness classes that are accessible from anywhere. They include yoga, strength training, cardio dance and more. Feel free to join a class or access past fitness classes at any time.
