Brightspace Technical Support

Saint Joseph's College has partnered with Brightspace to offer help desk support through Brightspace. Reach help desk support by calling (877) 325-7778.

Course Support Help

The course support team is available to help during normal business hours between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Please email askcidet@sjcme.edu with any issues.

General Technical Support

The Saint Joseph’s College on campus IT Help Desk can assistance with any other general technical issues. We want to provide you with technology tools and support to enhance your work and learning. Tools include the correct hardware, software, and training to support voice and data networks.

The main focus of our technical support staff is to assist traditional and distance students, faculty and administration. Our personal support means helping people with a variety of needs and abilities, from novices to experts. Our staff consists of a team of ten people ready to assist in any way possible to provide solutions to your information technology needs.
