Alumni E-Newsletter
All alumni are eligible to receive the free monthly alumni e-newsletter. All emails will have a link with the option to opt-out of the e-newsletter list. To subscribe, email alumni@sjcme.edu with an updated email address.
Facilities Rentals
The Saint Joseph’s campus is a beautiful place to host your event or special occasions, like weddings, meetings, conferences, or even pool parties! Alumni are entitled to a 15% venue discount for events held on campus. This does not apply to the Stone Barn. Please see Conference and Event Services or contact events@sjcme.edu for more information.
Special Alumni Rate Available for SJC Grads
Graduates of Saint Joseph’s may be eligible for a special Alumni Tuition Rate. Connect with one of our Online Admissions Counselors to learn more or visit our Partnership Rate page for tuition information.
Fitness Center Membership
You are eligible to become a member of the campus gymnasium and fitness facilities at the Harold Alfond Center. To apply, fill out the Alfond Center Membership Application and send to:

Library Privileges
You are welcome to borrow books and non-print material from Wellehan Library on campus. Please note, you must check books out in person and return books during regular business hours to the circulation desk. All patrons are responsible for knowing due dates and returning items by the designated time.
You must present your Saint Joseph’s College Alumni ID at time of check out. To obtain your ID, please complete this form and return it to the Alumni Relations Office or email it to alumni@sjcme.edu.
Lunch and Learn Series
Wellness programs at Saint Joseph’s College include the Lunch and Learn Series, a collection of presentations on health and wellness. Alumni are welcome to attend in person.
Transcript Requests
Transcript requests are now done online. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 207-893-7798. Typically, requests are processed within three business days.
