Sister Marilyn Sunderman, RSM is the author of the monograph Humanization in the Christology of Juan Luis Segundo and has contributed articles and reviews. She has presented scholarly papers and presided over sessions at conferences in theology and spirituality at numerous colleges and universities throughout the United States. She has been a Sister of Mercy for 46 years and has taught elementary, secondary, college and graduate students.
Sister Sunderman is a member of Kappa Gamma Pi, Theta Alpha Kappa, and Phi Theta Kappa Honor societies. She holds memberships in the College Theology Society, the International Thomas Merton Society, the American Academy of Religion, and the Catholic Theological Society of America. She has appeared in Who's Who Among America's Teachers in 1996, 1998, 2004, and 2005.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, reading novels, fishing, and adult coloring of mandalas.
