Student borrowing policy
Students are responsible for items checked out on their library records. Overdue notices are sent via e-mail. Three weeks past the due date, a bill for the cost of the item plus a processing fee will be sent via e-mail to the student and forwarded to the Treasurer’s Office. If the item is returned, the student will only be responsible for an overdue fee of $15.00 per item.
For items returned damaged, the student will be billed for the cost of the item only.
- To borrow a circulating item owned by Wellehan Library, submit a request form.
- Books, DVDs and CDs may be borrowed for 30 days, provided they have not been requested by another patron.
- Books are sent to our online students by mail. Any borrowed items must be mailed back to:
Saint Joseph’s College
278 Whites Bridge Road
Standish, ME 04084.
- Students are responsible for shipping charges.
