Get In Touch

Paul Larson went through the Army ROTC program at Alfred and that led him to his first significant work experience in different leadership capacities in a Nike Hercules Air Defense missile battery. After his Army experience, he spent several years in the paper industry working his way up from a production planner to the manager of a corrugated container plant.

He has been a manager of a corrugated container company, vice president of manufacturing of a metals company, plant manager of a plastic injection molding and finishing operation, and most recently as vice president of operations of a promotional products company. The success in this company position led to his current position as managing director of the Learning Center of the corporation.

The common thread through all of these experiences is his belief in people and what they are capable of. He enjoys having the opportunity to help develop the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders and that’s the reason he founded a leadership and organization development firm nine years ago.

He has a passion for art (http://1-paul-larson.artistwebsites.com/) and always has a painting or two underway.
