At Saint Joseph’s College, we believe in a lifetime of learning. That’s why our Connections program begins the moment students step on our campus and serves them through the many stages of their lives.
What is Connections?
Connections is a premier, career development program that supports experiential learning and personal growth, while delivering hands-on experience to our students.
Tools for Success
It all begins on day one. Each student is given a professional pad-folio filled with career development tools and info on the Connections program. During their junior year, students are given a set of personalized business cards. We consider these cards ‘tools’ to help them network at a variety of business and professional events and meetings where they will be encouraged to talk with experts in their fields of study. This builds confidence and begins the process of launching their careers, meeting and developing mentors and creating critical connections.
These tools are just the beginning of what is to become four years of actual connections with the community, both within the College and beyond.

Access Financial Support
An additional element of Connections is our experiential learning promise. With the College’s support, it will be possible for each of our eligible students to embark on a hands-on, qualifying learning experience of their choosing in either their junior or senior year using up to $2,000 in financial support from the College.
