Jacqueline Lorenzen '14, criminal justice, is pictured with Professors Dale Brooker and Katrina Hoop after the ceremony where she was promoted to the rank of sergeant with the Westbrook Police Department. The first in the department's history.

On January 24, Jacqueline (Jaci) Lorenzen '14, a graduate of Saint Joseph’s criminal justice program, and a member of the Westbrook Maine Police Department, was promoted to the rank of sergeant. She is the first female officer to be promoted to this rank in the City of Westbrook's history. Jaci is one of six Saint Joseph’s graduates currently working at the Westbrook Police Department.

While at Saint Joseph’s, Jaci was a soccer player and captain of the women's soccer team for two years. She is originally from Windham, ME.
