New this semester: Silver Sneaker classes
Tuesdays, 11am-11:45am, SilverSneakers Muscle – This class incorporates athletic exercises that boost overall fitness. Move through muscle conditioning blocks and activity-specific drills to improve strength and functional skill.
Thursdays, 11am-11:45am, SilverSneakers Stability – Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee, and hip joints all in a fun and social setting. This class is designed specifically for fall prevention.
Fridays, 11am-11:45am, SilverSneakers Classic – This class is perfect for the individual brand new to exercise, but it also very appropriate for anyone wanting to improve their muscular endurance and flexibility.

Students are free. Faculty/staff/alumni drop in for $3 or purchase a $25 punch pass to attend 10 classes. Community drop in for $7 or purchase a $50 punch pass to attend 10 classes. Payment must be made at the front desk prior to class.

Fitness Class Descriptions
BOOTCAMP – a full body HIIT class that uses different fitness equipment to make each workout unique.
Core & Restore – Strengthen your core using bender balls, gliding disks and your own bodyweight and then restore your body with a gentle Yoga flow. This class will increase core strength and flexibility while decreasing stress.
Jenna’s Choice –Each week will be a different class format to keep things exciting. Jenna will choose between BODYSHRED, Back on Track, Strength Training Workouts, TABATA, Triple Threat and more!
Pilates – A total body strengthening and flexibility class with a focus on core conditioning.
Piloxing – this powerful, heart-pumping, high energy class is an interval fusion of pilates, boxing and dance.
SilverSneakers Classic – This class is perfect for the individual brand new to exercise but it also very appropriate for anyone wanting to improve their muscular endurance and flexibility.

Spin – Learn the basics of spin while building your endurance, strengthening your core and toning your muscles. With upbeat music you will climb over hills, spin on flats and try a few sprints.
Spin + More – a class that will rotate each week between Spin + Core and Spin + Stretch. Individuals will be on the bike for roughly 35 minutes and end the class with a deep stretch or core work on the floor.
Step Back to Fonda—Flashback to the 80s with this aerobic class that will include the step boxes and an ab routine at the end.
STRONG – a music led HIIT workout that combines high intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation.
TRX – you’ll use your body weight, gravity and TRX Training equipment to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank. This full body workout will leave you sweating and feeling successful. All fitness levels will succeed in this class!
Zumba – a dance party that combines all elements of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
Each time you will leave class with boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness! No dance experience necessary!
