Fitness Classes

Current offerings are:

Mondays

  • Yoga with Samantha at 5:15pm-6pm
  • Deb's Dance Fitness at 6:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesdays

  • Pilates with Hilary at 3:15pm-4pm
  • Spin with Jenna at 4:15pm-5pm

Wednesdays

  • Spin with Holly at 4:15pm-5pm
  • Deb's Dance Fitness at 6:30pm-7:30pm

Thursdays

  • Chair Yoga with Theresa at noon
  • Spin with Jenna 4:15pm

Fridays

  • Rhythm Ride with Holly, 6:15am

Pricing:
Students = free
Staff/Faculty/Alumni = $3 drop in or $25 for a 10 class punch card
Community = $7 drop in or $50 for a 10 class punch card

Silver Sneaker Classes

Classes are open to ALL regardless of your age or insurance! All classes are 45 minutes and the schedule is released on Fridays for the following week. Please sign up at www.picktime.com/alfondcenter

Pricing:
SilverSneakers drop in is $7 or $25 for 5 classes if your insurance does not pay for it upfront. SilverSneakers Members who are eligible attend for free (check your eligibility here).

Monday

  • Pool = Splash at 8am
    An aqua fitness class designed for all skill levels, including non-swimmers and can be adapted for common chronic conditions
  • Live in person & Zoom = Circuit @ 9:15am
    Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work

Tuesday

  • Pool = Splash @ 8am
    An aqua fitness class designed for all skill levels, including non-swimmers and can be adapted for common chronic conditions
  • Pool = Splash @ 9am
  • Live in person = Classic @ 9:15am
    Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You'll have a chair for seated exercised and standing support

Wednesday

  • Live in person & Zoom = Classic @ 9:15am
    This is perfect for an individual who is new to exercise, but is also appropriate for anyone wanting to improve their endurance and flexibility

Thursday

  • Pool = Splash @ 8am
    An aqua fitness class designed for all skill levels, including non-swimmers and can be adapted for common chronic conditions
  • Live in person = Classic @ 9:15am
    Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You'll have a chair for seated exercised and standing support

Friday

  • Live in person & Zoom = Boom Muscle @ 9:15am
    This incorporates athletic exercised that boost overall fitness and improve strength through muscle conditioning and drills
  • Pool = Splash @ 10:15am
    An aqua fitness class designed for all skill levels, including non-swimmers and can be adapted for common chronic conditions
