Students are free. Faculty/staff drop in for $3 or purchase a $25 punch pass to attend 10 classes. Community drop in for $7 or purchase a $50 punch pass to attend 10 classes. Ab Strength and Zumba Fitness are free for students/faculty/staff with SJC ID.

Fitness Class Descriptions
Cardio Sport – a comprehensive adventure that uniquely integrates interval training techniques with compound sports-related movements.
Core De Force LIVE – a mixed martial arts-inspired workout that is a non-contact, high-energy, total-body sculpting class. It’s a high-energy workout, with 3-minute Rounds of fight combinations, spikes, and conditioning movements.
Cycle + Core – Get on a bike and climb over hills, spin on flats and try a few sprints then proceed to the floor for core work.
Fonda Flashback—Flashback to the 80s with this aerobic class that will include the step boxes and an ab routine at the end.
H.I.I.T. – a full body high intensity interval training class that uses different fitness equipment to make each workout unique.
Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED -30 minutes workout with intervals of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs.
L.I.I.T. – a low intensity interval training circuit that requires no pounding on your joints or explosive movements. Focus on strength, flexibility and balance as you go through the different stations.
Pilates – A total body strengthening and flexibility class with a focus on core conditioning.
Piloxing – this powerful, heart-pumping, high energy class is an interval fusion of pilates, boxing and dance.
R.E.P.S. – a fast paced class focused on Resistance, Endurance, Power and Strength. Use your own body weight and equipment to see how many reps you can get in each class!
Spin – Learn the basics of spin while building your endurance, strengthening your core and toning your muscles. Spin Class procedure– 7 bikes are available per class. To sign up, you must call 893-6650 or sign up at the front desk to get your name on the list. We will start taking names the day of the class. Bikes are first come, first served.
Spin + More – a class that will rotate each week between Spin + Core and Spin + Stretch. Individuals will be on the bike for roughly 35 minutes and end the class with a deep stretch or core work on the floor.
STRONG – a music led HIIT workout that combines high intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation.
Yoga – This class combines a variety of standing, sitting, balancing, and strengthening poses. Yoga will increase strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. This class is a great way to center your mind and stretch your body head to toe.
Zumba – a dance party that combines all elements of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Each time you will leave class with boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness! No dance experience necessary!
