Curriculum

Students enrolled in the program must earn 120 semester-hour credits, 25 percent of which must be completed through Saint Joseph’s College. Students may enroll in our flexible business administration program to maximize transfer credit options and allow for the customization of their degree focus. For those employed in the banking industry who qualify, the BSBA with a Banking major may be selected. In either case, to complete their degree requirements, students can choose from a wide array of business electives to meet their own needs and interests.

BSBA “Completion” Degree

The BSBA completion degree program provides a direct path into a business education for graduates of trade or professional programs who’ve earned an associate’s degree.  By providing a foundational business education, graduates are prepared to supervise, manage or start a department or business. Students can choose business electives in any combination that suits their goals, whether it be in human resources, management, marketing or another area.

Banking Major

Are you an employee of a CFTEA-affiliated financial institution?

The banking major was created in collaboration with the Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance. Our long-standing relationship and close collaboration with the Center provides a program that is highly relevant to the needs of the banking community. The program provides students with optimal flexibility for completing their coursework. Banking specialization students must be employed by a banking institution that is served by the CFTEA.

If you have not yet earned your bachelor’s degree, this could be a great option for you! The Banking major in our Business program consists of CFTEA courses - meaning if you’ve taken classes through CFTEA before, you may already have credit that can transfer in to our program. We can also accept up to 75% of the 120 credits required in transfer, so if you’ve attended college before, those credits could count too!

Already have your bachelor’s? Consider earning your master’s degree online with us instead! We offer a Leadership MBA that is suitable for students at any point in their professional development.  No GMAT scores are required for admission!
