Adam Swartzendruber has nearly two decades of experience in the Fitness and Strength and Conditioning industries, ranging from part-time coach to Fitness Facility Director. He also has 10 years experience in higher education, teaching exercise and nutrition sciences, and two years experience in clinical exercise physiology and research.

Adam was born and raised in the Baltimore, MD and Lancaster, PA areas.  His career progressed well within many positions around the Mid-Atlantic region and in the summer of 2017, he moved to Maine. In his spare time, Adam enjoys training for strength and power, running, hiking, and playing with his two sons.
