Databases

The Wellehan Library subscribes to over 70 online databases. In many cases, the databases provide access to full-text journal articles. Additionally, newspapers, popular magazines, trade publications, and other resources are available.

Databases are accessible to all Saint Joseph's College students, faculty, and staff. The databases can be accessed from campus or off campus.

Database Demos

Using EBSCO Databases:

Many of our best databases (ATLA, Business Source Premier, CINAHL, ERIC, PsycArticles, SocINDEX, SPORTDiscus) are available through EBSCO. Tutorials are not available for all of these databases, so we have created three tutorials for the Academic Search Complete database. These tutorials review searching features that are similar across most EBSCO databases. Academic Search Complete is a great multidisciplinary database that includes a large number of articles from scholarly resources, so you might want to include it when conducting your research.
